Two great services came together at the Thiruverkadu TANKER Foundation dialysis unit on September 25, 2020.

One, as with all our other dialysis units, the Thiruverkadu unit is also functioning, despite the pandemic created by the Coronavirus. 

Two, to add to the joy of our underprivileged patients, Mr Vidyaakar of the NGO Udavum Karangal, which has been serving the needy in so many ways over the years, distributed rehabilitation kits to them.

The dry ration kits, containing rice and provisions, come in handy at the time when people’s livelihood have taken a hit due to Covid-19 and the lockdowns.

Mr Vidyaakar has said he would like to distribute these rehabilitation kits at our other dialysis units also.

He said, “Hope together we can take forward our common goal to serve the needy.”
